## Pay-Per-Call for Agents (x402 + L402)

Autonomous agents can pay per request for full-text article data — no account, no signup, no API key. Two rails; pick either:

**USDC (x402):**
- **Endpoint:** `GET https://api.perception.to/feed`
- **Protocol:** x402 (HTTP 402). Unauthenticated → payment challenge; pay with any x402 client and retry.
- **Settlement:** USDC on Base, $0.05 per call.

**Bitcoin / Lightning (L402):**
- **Endpoint:** `GET https://lightning-l402-293695725781.us-central1.run.app/feed`
- **Protocol:** L402 (HTTP 402 + Lightning). Unauthenticated → invoice; pay it, retry with `Authorization: L402 <macaroon>:<preimage>`.
